Superfast Vegetarian Pizza ingredients

  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 med zucchini -- diced
  • 1 med Yellow crookneck squash -- dice
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Dried crushed red pepper
  • -flakes
  • 16 oz Baked chese pizza crust
  • -such as Boboli
  • 14 oz Jar mushroom pizza sauce
  • 3 large Cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 oz mozzarella, shredded
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Oil-pk sun-dried toms -- drain, thinly sliced
  • c Parmesan cheese, grated

Cooking Superfast Vegetarian Pizza

1. Preheat oven to 450~.
2. Heat oil. Add zucchini, yellow squash and red pepper; sauce until veggies are almost tender, about 5 minutes.
3. Place pizza crust on baking sheet.
4. Spread mushroom sauce over.
5. Sprinkle with garlic, then mozzarella.
6. Top with squash mixture and tomatoes.
7. Sprinkle with Parmesani.
8. Bakei pizza until cheese melts and crust is crisp, about 13 minutes.
