Summer Sausage ingredients

  • 2 lb Ground beef
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Coarse pepper
  • 2 T Curing salt (kosher salt)
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t garlic salt
  • 1 T Liquid Smoke
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Mustard seed
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Onion salt

Cooking Summer Sausage

1. Mixi all ingreds.
2. well. Form into 2 rolls and wrap tightly in foil.
3. Referigerate 24 hrs. Bakei over broiler pan with water at 350 F. for 1 1/2 hrs. Remove from foil after baking.
4. Good served hot or cold.
