Summer salad 2 ingredients
- 2 large Beefsteak tomatoes, sliced
- 1 med Size red onion, sliced
- 2 T Fresh basil, chopped
- -=OR=-
- 2 T parsley, chopped
- 1 large lemon, juice
- 2 T Virgin olive oil
- pepper, to taste
Cooking Summer salad 2
1. Arrange tomato slices on salad plates.
2. Layer a few onion rings on top of tomatoes.
3. Sprinkle with basil or parsley and dash of pepper.
4. Mixi lemon juice with oil and spoon each seving.
