Stuffing mix (for poultry) ingredients

  • 4 c Bread cubes (6 slices)
  • 2 T Salad Oil
  • 1 T parsley flakes
  • 1⁄2 t Poultry seasoning
  • 1⁄2 t Rubbed sage
  • 1⁄2 t Salt
  • 1⁄4 t Pepper

Cooking Stuffing mix (for poultry)

1. Spread bread cubes in shallow baking pan. Toasti in 300 °F. Oven about 30 minutes.
2. (bread will shrink slightly).
3. Combine the other ingredients and sprinkle it over the bread cubes.
4. Tossi to coat evenly.
5. Makes about 3 ¼ cups.
