Stuffed frogs ingredients

  • 6 large Edible frogs, skinned, whole
  • 1 c Finely chopped pork
  • 2483527⁄624973141 Head garlic, chopped fine
  • 2483527⁄624973141 Vinegar
  • 1 Heaping teaspoon brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Stuffed frogs

1. Mixi pork with garlic, vinegar and seasonings.
2. Stuff body cavities of well cleaned frogs.
3. Rub with seasoning and hang in the sun to dry.
4. Fryi in deep, hot fat until frogs are a golden brown.
