Stuffed Beef Heart

Stuffed Beef Heart ingredients
- 1 Beef heart
- 1 c Cracker crumbs
- 1⁄2 c White sauce
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 c Chestnuts, roasted
Cooking Stuffed Beef Heart
1. Soak the heart in cold water about 1 hour.
2. Wash thoroughly and remove the muscles and arteries.
3. Make a filling of the above ingredients and fill the heart.
4. Fasten securely.
5. Cover with boiling water and boil for 10 minutes.
6. Reducei heat and simmer until tender.
7. Remove heart from water a half hour before serving and sprinkle with cracker crumbs, salt and pepper.
8. Bakei at 350-F until brown.
