Stuffed baked potatoes ingredients
- 6 Baking potatoes
- 5 T butter, divided
- 3 T Heavy Cream
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c grated Gruyere cheese
- 2483527⁄624973141 c MINCED COOKED HAM
- 1 t Salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Pepper
Cooking Stuffed baked potatoes
1. Bakei potatoes in the oven at 400 deg f. for about an hour or until tender.
2. Cut ini half lengthwise.
3. Scoop out insides and mash in a large bowl with 3 tablespoons of butter, cream, 1 cup of cheese and ham. Seasoni to taste with salt and pepper.
4. Refill potato shells and sprinkle with remaining cheese and dot with butter.
5. Bake at 400 deg f. for 15 minutes, then place under the broiler for 5 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
