Strawberry-Kiwi-Mint Lemonade Sparkler ingredients

  • 1 bo Strawberry Kiwi LIBBY'S KERN'S All Nectar
  • 10 fresh or unsweetened frozen strawberries
  • 1 c Fresh lemon juice
  • 3⁄4 c Granulated sugar
  • 1 T packed fresh whole mint leaves
  • 1 jar Club soda
  • 1 lemon (optional)

Cooking Strawberry-Kiwi-Mint Lemonade Sparkler

1. PLACE nectar, strawberries, lemon juice, sugar and mint in blender; cover.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
4. FILL glass with ice. Add equal portions nectar mixture and club soda; stir.
5. Garnishi with lemon slice; serve immediately.
