- 1⁄3 Syrup
- 400 g Strawberries, frozen
- 1⁄3 dl Lemon juice, fresh pressed
- 2 dl water
- 10 g Sugar
- 10 g frig neutral

1. MIX THE STRAWBERRIES AND THE SUGAR SIROP IN A MIXING BOWL.
2. MIX TOGETHER THE FRESH LEMON JUICE,WATER,SUGAR AND FRIG NEUTRAL,FOLD IT INTO THE STRAWBERRY MIXTURE,MIX WELL.
3. FREEZE IN THE ICE CREAM MAKER.
