Strawberry liqueur jam ingredients

  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 1 med green apple
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 3⁄4 c Sugar
  • 2 T Grand Marnier

Cooking Strawberry liqueur jam

1. Wash & hull strawberries.
2. Peeli, core & finely chop apple.
3. Add lime juice & let stand covered for 30 minutes.
4. Microwave the fruit & juice for 4 minutes on high.
5. Add sugar, stir & microwave 35 minutes on high, stirring every 10 minutes.
6. Stand five minutes, pour into warm sterile jars.
7. Seal.
8. Letts, "jams, pickles & chutneys".
