Strawberry jam4

- Main Ingredient: Various Fruits
- Preparation: Canned and Preserved
- Course: Jams and jellies Preserves
- Yield:
Strawberry jam4 ingredients
- 2 qt Strawberries Boiling water
- 5 1⁄2 c Sugar
Cooking Strawberry jam4
1. Wash & hull the berries.
2. Place in a large pot. Cover with boiling water & let stand for 3 minutes.
3. Drain.
4. Add 2 ½ cups of water, boil hard for 3 minutes.
5. Add remaining sugar & boil hard for another 3 minutes.
6. Let stand overnight, either in large bowls or platters.
7. Ladle into serile jars.
8. Seal.
