Strawberry Ice Cream

- Main Ingredient: Strawberries
- Course: Ice cream and sherbet

Strawberry Ice Cream ingredients
- 2 c unsweetened strawberry pulp*
- 1 1⁄2 c Granulated sugar
- 2 t Lemon juice
Cooking Strawberry Ice Cream
1. COMBINE strawberry pulp, evaporated milk, sugar, lemon juice and salt in large bowl.
2. Pour into ice cream maker; freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
3. * Any fruit or berry may be used.
4. If using sweetened frozen berries, reduce sugar to 1/2 cup.
