Strawberry Daiquiri Pie 2 ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 1⁄2 c low-fat graham cracker crumbs
  • 1⁄4 c reduced fat margarine -- melted
  • 3 T Granulated sugar
  • FILLING
  • 8 oz fat-free cream cheese -- softened
  • 14 oz fat-free sweetened condensed milk
  • 2⁄3 c frozen strawberry daiquiri, canned -- thawed
  • 1⁄2 t Rum extract
  • 4 dr Red food coloring
  • 1 c Cool Whip® Free -- thawed

Cooking Strawberry Daiquiri Pie 2

1. To prepare crust, combine crumbs, margarine, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
2. Press mixture firmly in a 9 pie pan. Spread crumb mixture evenly in pie pan. Chill 1 hour, or until firm.
3. Or, bake in a 375 oven for 10 minutes or until edges are brown.
4. Cool on rack before filling.
5. To prepare filling, combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, daiquiri mix, rum extract, and food coloring in a mixing bowl.
6. Mixi well.
7. Foldi in whipped topping.
8. Pour into crust.
9. Chill or freeze four hours or until firm.
10. Serving Ideas : Garnishi with fresh strawberries.
