Stir-fried spinach with tofu

Stir-fried spinach with tofu ingredients
- 1 lb Fresh spinach
- 2 T Peanut oil
- 1 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 1⁄2 lb Firm tofu -- in ½" cubes
- 1 T Rice wine or dry sherry
Cooking Stir-fried spinach with tofu
1. Wash and thoroughly dry the spinach.
2. Remove any tough stems.
3. Place a wok over medium-high heat.
4. When it begins to smoke, add the peanut oil and the garlic.
5. Stiri briefly, then add the spinach and salt.
6. Stir-fryi just until the spinach is wilted.
7. About 1 minute.
8. Gently stir in the tofu and sprinkle with rice wine.
9. Cook until the tofu is heated through, about 1 minute.
10. Serve immediately.
