Stir-Fried Spinach

Stir-Fried Spinach ingredients
- 6 T Vegatable oil
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 T Soy bean paste
- 1 t Pepper
- 2 Tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 Red chilies, sliced
- 2 lb Spinach, chopped
Cooking Stir-Fried Spinach
1. Heat the oil in a wok & stir-fry the garlic, soy bean paste, pepper, tomatoes & chilies for 1 minute.
2. Add the spinach & cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
3. Serve hot & do not overcook.
