Stir-Fried Snow Peas

Stir-Fried Snow Peas ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb Snow Peas
- 1 t Rice wine
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 T Oyster sauce
- 1 T Cooking oil
- 8 Clove garlic, peeled
- 10 prawns, peeled
- 1⁄2 c water
- 1 t cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
Cooking Stir-Fried Snow Peas
1. Blanchi snow peas in boiling water for about 5 seconds, then drain.
2. Mixi rice wine, soy sauce and oyster sauce and and set aside.
3. In a heated pan, stir fry garlic and prawns in oil until the prawns are cooked.
4. Add peas and wine - soy sauce mixture and stir fry for about 30 seconds.
5. Add water and bring to a boil.
6. Add cornstarch to thicken.
