Stir-fried bean sprouts with tofu ingredients

  • 1 lb tofu
  • 4 T Vegatable oil
  • 1 T garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 lb Bean sprouts
  • 5 Green onions, cut into 1 ½
  • -- inch lengths
  • 1 pn Salt
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Black pepper
  • 2 T soy sauce

Cooking Stir-fried bean sprouts with tofu

1. Drain the tofu & cube.
2. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat & stir-fry the garlic for a few minutes, until it turns golden.
3. Set aside.
4. Add the tofu, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
5. Add the bean sprouts, onions, salt, pepper & soy sauce.
6. Add the reserved garlic.
7. Stir-fryi for no more than 1 minute.
