Stir Fry Vegetables ingredients

  • 1 t Cornstarch

  • c water
  • 2 t Oil
  • c Carrots
  • c Celery
  • c Onions
  • 2 c Broccoli

  • c Water Chestnuts

Cooking Stir Fry Vegetables

1. Browni stew meat, simmer for one hour until tender, drain and set aside.
2. Mixi cornstarch, ginger, garlic powder, soy sauce and water in glass measuring cup and set aside.
3. Heat oil in large frying pan with lid. When oil is hot, add dry carrots, onions and celery.
4. Cook for one minute, stirring constantly.
5. Then add the broccoli and cook for 2 minutes.
6. Stiri constantly, broccoli will turn bright green.
7. Add the liquid and continue cooking for one minute or until it's bubbly.
8. Add the bean sprouts, French green beans, mushrooms, water chestnuts and cooked stew meat.
9. Reducei heat, cover pan and cook for 2 more minutes.
10. This recipe may also be served with rice or Chinese noodles.
