Stir Fry Of Broccoli& Chicken ingredients
- 1 lb Skinned boned chicken

- Cross-Wise Into 1/8 Inch
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 1 Wide Strips
- 4 T Freshly Grated Parmesana
- 1 large Onion Halved Lengthwise
Cooking Stir Fry Of Broccoli& Chicken
1. Pound Breasts Between Waxed Paper To Thickness Of 1/4 Inch.
2. Wrap Each chicken Breast Separately in Plastic Freeze Until Firm But Not Solid.
