Cooking Steamed Tofu With Pork
1. Cover the bean curd with boiling water for 1 to 2 minutes.
2. Remove water.
3. Arrange bean curd in a large bowl.
4. Mixi the remaining ingredients thoroughly.
5. Spread over the tofu.
6. Place bowl in a steamer.
7. Cover and steam over boiling waters for 20 minutes.
