Steam Custard with Milk ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 250 ml Milk
- 50 g Sugar
- water
Cooking Steam Custard with Milk
1. First,pour some water into the wok and boil it. Then, pour 250mL of milk in the bowl.
2. Then weigh 50g of sugar, pour it into the milk and stir it. Break 2 eggs into the other bowl.
3. Make sure it is fresh, then pour it into the mixture and stir them well.
4. Lastly, pour it into 2 bowls and put them into the wok. Steami it for 15 minutes and serve it.
