Steak& Bean Chowder ingredients

- 1 cn (15 oz.) spicy chili beans -- undrained

Cooking Steak& Bean Chowder
1. Spray nonstick Dutch oveni or large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef; cook and stir until no longer pink.
3. Add onion; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
4. Add all remaining ingredients.
5. Bring to a boil.
6. Reducei heat to medium-low; partially cover and simmer 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
7. Makes 4 servings--320 calories--45 calories from fat--5 grams fat.
