Steak with Thai Peanut Sauce ingredients
- c Creamy peanut butter
- 2 clv garlic
- 2483527⁄624973141 c water
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 T Fresh lime juice
- 1 Jalapeno pepper, seeded,
- -quartered
- 2 t Fresh grated ginger root
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Sugar
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Cayenne pepper
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Plain Yogurt
- reserved pepper steak -- sliced across grain 1/4 thick
- 1 c uncooked Jasmine Rice -- cooked according to package directions
- 3 Green onions, thinly sliced
Cooking Steak with Thai Peanut Sauce
1. In blender container, process peanut butter, garlic, water, soy sauce, lime jui ce, jalapeno pepper, ginger, sugar and cayenne until smooth.
2. Stiri in yogurt.
3. To Serve: Heat sauce in medium skillet over low heat, toss in sliced pepper steak until heated through.
4. Serve over Jasmine ricei.
5. Sprinkle with sliced green onio ns. Serves 4.
