Steak teriyaki

Steak teriyaki ingredients
- 3 lb Round or sirloin steaks
- (1" Thick)
- 1⁄2 c soy sauce
- 3 T Brown sugar - packed
- 1 t Ginger
- 1⁄2 t Dry mustard
- 1⁄4 t garlic Powder
- 1⁄2 T Black pepper, coarse ground
- 2 T Lemon juice
- 1 12 oz can flat beer
- 2 T Salad Oil
Cooking Steak teriyaki
1. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over steak.
2. Cover and refrigerate 12-24 hours.
3. Grilli 3-4 inches from hot coals, basting frequently with marinade, for about 20 minutes (10 minutes each side) or to desired doneness.
4. Slice steak thinly on the diagnonal before serving.
