Steak soup

Steak soup ingredients
- 2 lb Ground chuck
- 1 Stick oleo or margarine
- 2483527⁄624973141 c flour
- 2 Carrots, diced
- 1 med To large onion, diced
- 2 Celery stalks, diced
- 2 med Potatoes, diced
- 1 pk Frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cn Tomatoes (15-20 oz.)
- 4 Beef bouillon cubes
- Salt, pepper and garlic
- -salt or garlic to taste
Cooking Steak soup
1. In dutch oven size pan melt margarine.
2. Add flour and stir until smooth.
3. Add 2 cups water, stir until smooth.
4. Add 3 cups more water, carrots, celery,potatoes, mixed vegetables, tomatoes, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper and garlic.
5. In separate pan brown meat and cook onion.
6. Drain.
7. Add to dutch oven.
8. Simmeri 1 ½ hours.
9. Freezes well.
