Steak 'N Mushrooms ingredients

  • 1 1⁄2 lb Sirloin Steak
  • 2 lb Mushroom caps
  • 6 t butter
  • 6 t olive oil
  • 1 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 3 t parsley, chopped

Cooking Steak 'N Mushrooms

1. Heat in skillet butter and oil. Add mushroom caps and saute' about 3 minutes.
2. Add garlic and cook until tender.
3. Sprinkle parsley and season to taste with salt and pepper.
4. You may wish to add a dash of worcestershire sauce or sherry.
5. Serve over steak.
