Steak Jamaican

Steak Jamaican ingredients
- 1 t Lime peel
- 1⁄3 c Lime Juice
- 1⁄4 c Salad Oil
- 1⁄4 c Honey
- 2 T Prepared mustard
- 2 garlic
- 1⁄2 t Black pepper
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 2 lb Top round steak
- Lime wedges
Cooking Steak Jamaican
1. In small bowl, whisk together all ingredients except steak and lime wedges.
2. Scorei steak across top and place in shallow pan. Pour marinade over steak; turn steak to coat all sides.
3. Refrigerate 6 to 8 hours, turning occasionally.
4. Remove steak from marinade and broil 3 minutes on each side for medium rare or continue to cook to desired doneness.
5. Slice thinly on the diagonal.
6. Serve with lime wedges.
