Steak Diane ingredients
- 372529⁄-2009260032 lb Sirloin Steak
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Mustard, dry
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Pepper, ground
- 1 t chives, chopped
- 1 t Lemon juice
- 1 t worchestershire sause
- 3 t Cognac, heated
- 2 t olive oil
Cooking Steak Diane
1. Preheat oil 5 minutes at 375 deg. Meanwhile, wipe 1/2-inch thich steak with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
2. Mixi dry mustard, salt and pepper.
3. Sprinkle over one side of steak; Rub in. Browni steak in hot oil, about 1 1/2 minutes on each side.
4. Sprinkle with chives, lemon juice and worcester- shire.
5. At tableside, pour heated cognac over steak.
6. Ignite.
7. When the flame goes out, transfer steak to serving platter.
8. Spoon pan juices over meat and serve.
