Steak diane: ingredients
- 1 ea Cl Garlic , pressed
- 2 T margarine
- 2 ea Rib-eye steaks
- 1 ds Black pepper
- 1 T parsley, chopped
- 1 T chives
- 1 t Sauce-
- 1 T Salt
Cooking Steak diane:
1. Heat garlic in butter in lrg. skillet.
2. add steaks,brown quickly on both sides.
3. remove to heated serving platter, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. stir parsley,chives,and worcestershire sauce into pan drippings to heat through,pour over steaks.
