Steak Au Poivre 5 ingredients
- 1 t Whole black pepper
- 2 Cubed Beef Steaks
- 2 T Cooking oil
- 2 T brandy
- 1⁄4 t Instant beef bouillon
Cooking Steak Au Poivre 5
1. Coarsely crack peppercorns.
2. Sprinkle both side of the steaks with crushed peppercorns, pressing in firmly with fingers.
3. Let steaks stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
4. Preheat a 10-inch Microwave browning dish on 100% of power for 3 minutes.
5. Add cooking oil to browning dish.
6. Swirl to coat the dish.
7. Place the steaks in the browning dish.
8. Micro-cook, covered, on 100% power for 1 minute.
9. Turn steadks and micro-cook covered on 100% power for 30 seconds to 1 minute moe or til done.
10. Remove steaks to a warm serving platter.
11. Stiri brandy and bouillon granules into liquid in browning dish.
12. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power for 30 seconds to 1 minute or till boiling.
13. Pour over steaks and serve.
