Steak and spinach salad

Steak and spinach salad ingredients

- 1⁄3 c Vinegar
- 1 Envelope Good Seasons Gourmt
- Parmesan Italian Salad
- Dressing mix
- 1⁄3 c olive oil
- 1 clv garlic, minced
- 1 Beef sirloin steak, ½" -
- ¾" thick, (about 1 lb.)
- 8 c Torn spinach
- 1 c Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 large Tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1⁄4 c Sliced green onions
Cooking Steak and spinach salad
1. Add salad dressing mix, oil and garlic.
2. Shake vigorously or mix until well blended.
3. Reserve 1/3 cup dressing; refrigerate.
4. Pour remaining dressing over steak; cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
5. Drain and discard dressing.
6. Grilli or broil steak as desired.
7. Cut into slices.
8. Ross vegetables with reserved 1/3 cup dresssing.
9. Arrange steak slices over salad.
