Steak and oyster pie

Steak and oyster pie ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lb Beef, cubed
- Salt and pepper
- 2 T butter
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 T flour
- 1 Pt. beef stock
- 1 1⁄2 c Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Doz oysters
Cooking Steak and oyster pie
1. Pastryi season beef with salt and pepper.
2. Melt butter in casserole.
3. Tossi meat and onions in melted butter, then remove with slotted spoon.
4. n. Stiri in flour and cook for 5 or 6 minutes.
5. Blend in stock, then add mushrooms and oysters.
6. Mixi with beef and onions.
7. Cover with pastry.
8. Bakei for 1 hour at 250 degrees.
