Sri Lanka Kadju (Curried Cashew Nuts) ingredients
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Turmeric
- 250 ml coconut milk
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Chili powder
- 1 t Salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 t fenugreek
- Curry leaf sprigs
- 25 ml Oil
Cooking Sri Lanka Kadju (Curried Cashew Nuts)
1. milk, chile powder, salt, fenugreek and curry leaves.
2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and toss in the onion for a couple of minutes.
4. Add the cashew nut mixture and cook for a further 3 ~4 minutes then sprinkle with remaining curry powder.
