- 1 T olive oil
- 1 Cloves garlic, minced
- Tomatoes, drained & chopped
- 1 T capers

Cooking Squid mediterranean
1. Cut body of squid into ½-inch slices; set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet; add onion and garlic.
3. Cook until onion is tender.
4. Add squid and remaining ingredients.
5. Bring to a boil.
6. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes or until squid is tender.
7. Do not overcook! serve over a bed of rice.
