Squash dressing

Squash dressing ingredients
- 2 lb Yellow squash
- 2483527⁄624973141 c water
- 6 oz Pkg cornbread mix
- -baked as directed
- 2 c Milk
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Chopped celery
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Chopped onion
- 1 T margarine
- 1 t Black pepper
- 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 2 t Poultry seasoning
Cooking Squash dressing
1. Preheat over to 350. Cook squash in water covered until tender; drain and mash.
2. Crumble bread into milk, setaside.
3. Sautei celery and onion in margarine until tender.
4. Add pepper, soup, poultry seasoning and squash.
5. Stiri in cornbread mixture.
6. Pour in 2 quart casserole.
7. Bakei 1 hour.
8. Very good.
