Spooned-Up Meat Loaf

Spooned-Up Meat Loaf ingredients
- 2 lb Lean ground beef
- 1 1⁄2 oz Onion Soup Mix; 1 pk
- 1⁄2 c Oats; Quick Cooking
- 1⁄2 c water
- 1⁄2 c Dairy Sour Cream
- 2 Eggs; Lg, Beaten
- 1⁄4 c Parmesan cheese, grated
Cooking Spooned-Up Meat Loaf
1. Cook and stir the meat in a large skillet until the meat is brown.
2. Drain off the excess fat. Stiri in the soup mix, oats and water.
3. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Stir in the sour cream and eggs.
5. Spread the mixture evenly in the skillet then sprinkle the cheese over the top. Cover and simmer until set, about 5 minutes.
6. Serve with catsup, if desired.
