Spinach Vegetable Dip

- Main Ingredient: Spinach

Spinach Vegetable Dip ingredients
- 1 pk Frozen chopped leaf spinach
- 1 part Helman's Mayonaise (16 oz)
- 1 c Sour cream (8 oz.)
- 1⁄2 c Chopped onion
Cooking Spinach Vegetable Dip
1. Thaw and drain spinaach well.
2. Thoroughly mix all ingredients together.
3. Chill, for best results, chill overnight.
4. Serve with fresh cut vegetables or with pumpernickle bread.
5. Great dip!! Usually have to double recipe.
