Spinach salad with roasted hazelnuts ingredients

  • Dressing
  • 2 T Hazelnut oil or olive oil
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
  • 1⁄4 t Fresh ground pepper
  • 2 t Honey
  • 1 t Worcestershire sauce
  • 1⁄2 t Salt
  • Salad
  • 1 lb Fresh spinach
  • 1⁄4 lb Fresh mushrooms
  • 1⁄4 c Crisp fried bacon, diced
  • 1⁄3 c chopped oregon hazelnuts
  • -- (roasted)

Cooking Spinach salad with roasted hazelnuts

1. Combine dressing ingredients in small bowl.
2. Mixi well and chill.
3. Wash spinach and tear into small pieces.
4. Combine mushrooms with spinach in salad bowl.
5. Tossi with bacon and chopped hazelnuts.
6. Add dressing and mix well.
7. Garnishi with hard-boiled eggs, if desired.
