Spinach Meatballs ingredients

  • 1 1⁄2 lb beef, ground
  • 1⁄2 c Onion, chopped
  • 1 Eggs
  • 1⁄4 c Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 spinach, frozen package, chopped, thawed, drained
  • 1⁄2 t Salt
  • 1⁄4 t Pepper
  • 1⁄4 t garlic Powder
  • 1 c broth, beef
  • 8 oz Tomato sauce
  • 1⁄2 c wine, dry, red
  • 1 T Cornstarch

Cooking Spinach Meatballs

1. Mixi all ingredients, form small balls, place in 1 1/2 qt casserole.
2. Mix broth, tomato sauce, wine and cornstarch.
3. Pour over meatballs.
4. Bakei covered in 350 degree oven for 40-60 minutes.
5. Can be served over noodles, or great for parties served in crockpot.
