Spinach (korean sigumchi namul) ingredients
- 1 lb Fresh spinach
- 3 T soy sauce
- 2 T Sesame oil
- 1 T Sesame seeds
- 1 Cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 T Sugar
- 1 T White vinegar
- Dash pepper
Cooking Spinach (korean sigumchi namul)
1. Wash the spinach.
2. Steami until just tender and still green.
3. Straini and squeeze out as much water as possible.
4. Cut spinach very coarsely.
5. Combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic, sugar, vinegar and pepper.
6. Mixi into the spinach.
7. Variation: season the spinach with chang (meat sauce for vegetables).
