Spinach Cream Cheese Quiche ingredients
- 2 pk frozen whole leaf spinach
- 1 pk cream cheese -- (8 oz.)
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 Eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ----Topping----
- 2 Eggs
- 1 T Vegatable oil
Cooking Spinach Cream Cheese Quiche
1. Cook spinach and drain thoroughly.
2. (Squeeze out excess water in spinach.
3. ) Mixi d rained spinach and 8 ounce cream cheese.
4. Beat eggs, salt and pepper and add to spinach mixture.
5. Add Parmesani cheese.
6. Place mixture in 9 inch pie pan. Beat 2 e ggs and oil. Pour over top of spinach mixture.
7. Bakei in 375 degree oven for 30- 35 minutes.
8. Slice and serve.
