Spinach calzone pizzas ingredients

  • 1 Loaf frozen bread dough
  • - thawed
  • 8 oz Fat-free Mozarella, shredded
  • 10 oz Spinach, frozen chopped
  • - thawed and well-drained
  • 6 oz Tomato paste

  • 4 oz Canned mushroom stems and
  • - pieces, drained
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced or
  • -pressed
  • 2 T Red wine

Cooking Spinach calzone pizzas

1. Heat oven to 375°F.
2. Divide bread dough into 6 equal pieces.
3. On baking sheets sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, pat each piece into a 7" circle.
4. Combine remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
5. Spoon approximately ½ c. of mixture onto half of each circle.
6. Foldi dough over filling; moisten edges and press together with fork to seal.
7. Cut small slit in top of each calzone; lightly spray with cooking spray.
8. Bakei at 375°F.
9. for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
