Spinach and raisins ingredients

- 16 oz Fresh spinach
- 1 small Cloves garlic
- 2 t Fresh or frozen ginger
- 1 t olive oil
- 2 Heaping tablespoons raisins.
Cooking Spinach and raisins
1. Wash and trim tough stems from loose spinach or wash packaged spinach.
2. Mincei garlic, grate ginger and add both to hot oil in a pot. Add spinach and raisins; cover, and reduce heat, cooking about 2 minutes, until spinach is tender.
3. approximate nutritional analysis per serving: 80 calories, 3 grams fat, 0 milligrams cholesterol, 115 milligrams sodium, 5 grams protein, 13 grams carbohydrate.
