- 2 Stick cinnamon
- 4 cloves
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Allspice berries
- ----Topping----
- 5 oz Double cream
- 1 T Sugar
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Ground cinnamon
Cooking Spicy Viennese Coffee
1. Prepare the topping first.
2. Whipi the cream until soft peaks form, then gently whip in the sugar.
3. Chill the cream until ready to serve.
4. In a small saucepan heat, but do not boil, coffee, cinnamon sticks, cloves and allspice.
5. Leave over very low heat for 10 minutes so that all flavors combine.
6. Straini the mixture into glass mugs, top with the whipped cream, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
