Spicy top coffeecake

1. Prepare quick coffeecake batter.
2. Pour into a 9 by 9inch pan, bottom rubbed with shortening.
3. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over unbaked batter.
4. Bakei in a 400°F.
5. oven 22 to 25 minutes.
6. Yield: one 9-inch square cake.
