Spicy Tomato Chutney ingredients
- 12 Tomatoes
- 3 green apple
- 3 Onions
- 1 T Dry mustard
- 1 T Ginger
- 2 T Salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Cayenne pepper
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c Honey
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c Cider vinegar
Cooking Spicy Tomato Chutney
1. Peeli tomatoes, remove seeds and chop.
2. Parei, core and chop apples.
3. In a 5-quart saucepan, combine all ingredients.
4. Bring mixture to a boil.
5. Cook, uncovered, over very low heat, stirring occasionally, for 2 hours until thick.
6. Ladle into hot sterilized jars.
7. Seal. Tip: If desired, add 1-½ cups golden raisins.
