Spicy tartar sauce for seafood ingredients
- 1 c Sour cream
- 1 c Mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2483527⁄624973141 c parsley, finely chopped
- 1 t Salt
- 3 T Sweet pickle relish
- 1 T worchestershire sause
- 1 T Tarragon, freshly chopped
- -OR 1 ts dried tarragon
- 1 t Dry mustard
- 1 t Paprika
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Tabasco sauce
- 1 t Vinegar
Cooking Spicy tartar sauce for seafood
1. Combine all ingredients and blend well.
2. Serve as a dipping sauce for shellfish, or top off grilled fish steaks (tuna) with dollops.
