Spicy tartar sauce for seafood ingredients

  • 1 c Sour cream
  • 1 c Mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 t Salt
  • 3 T Sweet pickle relish
  • 1 T worchestershire sause
  • 1 T Tarragon, freshly chopped
  • -OR 1 ts dried tarragon
  • 1 t Dry mustard
  • 1 t Paprika
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Tabasco sauce
  • 1 t Vinegar

Cooking Spicy tartar sauce for seafood

1. Combine all ingredients and blend well.
2. Serve as a dipping sauce for shellfish, or top off grilled fish steaks (tuna) with dollops.
