Spicy seafood wontons ingredients

  • 4 oz Neufchatel cheese
  • 1 c Crabmeat, imitation or fresh
  • 5 Green onions; chopped

  • 1 garlic cloves, minced
  • 25 Wonton -or- Pot Sticker
  • -Wrappers, or Gyoza (round
  • -Japanese skins)
  • 1 T Vegatable oil
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c water

Cooking Spicy seafood wontons

1. A splash of tabasco spices up these tasty appetizers.
2. combine first 5 ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth.
3. add 2 teaspoons of this filling to the middle of a wonton wrapper, fold in half over the mixture, and seal edges.
4. heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
5. place wontons in skillet and cook just until lightly browned on both sides.
6. gradually pour water into skillet; cover immediately.
7. allow to steam 1 minute.
8. drain wontons with slotted spoon.
9. serve immediately.
