Spicy pork steak ingredients

  • 1 1⁄2 lb Pork steak
  • Dry Spice Rub
  • 1 t garlic Powder
  • 2 t Black pepper
  • 1⁄2 t Cayenne pepper
  • 1 T Paprika
  • 1⁄2 t thyme
  • 1⁄2 t Oregano
  • 1⁄2 t Rosemary
  • 1⁄2 t Salt

Cooking Spicy pork steak

1. Combine spices and coat meat.
2. Let stand 30 min. before cooking.
3. Grilli over medium heat.
