Spicy grilled tilapia with aioli ingredients
- 2 lb Tilapia fillets
- 1 t garlic Powder
- 1 t Onion powder
- 1 t Cumin
- 2 T Chili powder
- AIOLI
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c Mayonnaise
- 6 garlic clove, pressed
- 372529⁄-2009260032 T Lemon juice
- 372529⁄-2009260032 T Dijon mustard
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Dried tarragon
Cooking Spicy grilled tilapia with aioli
1. Spray grill rack with a non-stick coating.
2. Rinse tilapia with cold water; p dry with paper towels.
3. Combine spices and sprinkle on both sides of fillet place on heated grill 4 to 5 inches from a hot fire.
4. Cook 4-5 minutes per ½ inch measured at thickest point, turning once halfway through cooking time.
5. Serve with aioli.
6. Aiolii -- combine all ingredients in a bowl.
7. Refrigerate.
